Account and withdraw blocked for no reason

I made an account on 1xbet and everything was normal until one day on 20 August 2022 my withdraws were locked and I was told to submit required documents. I submitted all the required documents and pictures they asked and I was told to wait.

Then suddenly out of no reason they blocked my account and told me to wait 72 hours for varification then after 72 hours another 72 hours of waiting... my account has 55000inr locked in it.

I didn't have more than one account, I play fairy every time, I didn't do anything wrong but I don't know why my account is blocked?

All my hard earned money is locked in the account for no reason.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I don't do anything wrong. 55000inr is lot of money for a student like me.Kindly return my money. If you don't want me to win then keep the winnings also but atleast return my deposited money.

Hello,

Still no positive response from 1xbet and I believe no further action shall be taken on my case.

2 things I can't believe first how easily I was robbed online and second after reading so many scam how they are still operating?

These scammer are using Indian flag in their website ending with .in I still wonder how it has still licence to rob online.

Anyway I may have lost 55000inr or roughly 700 dollars but this is first and last time only. And I must say to 1xbet that you scammer can fraud me can rob me but that neither won't make me poor nor make you rich. You guys have all my curse to fail. Judgment will be served.

1xbet is actually become the worst of all thé bookmakers. They don't want poeple to win. My case is ignored by them. We don't have any strength to face them but once we don't have Access to our account it's like Money thrown in window. If someone have solution.

1x Bet is a fraud. Everytime we deposit via UPI fast Baroda E gateway, You losers ask me to wait for 14 days. Firstly no UPI amount is on hold for more than 3 days in India. Also after 14 days after providing all the details you never credit the amount.

I have made a deposit of 8499 yesterday again and my amount is yet not credited. I want my money immediately.

Deposit Issue

I have made a deposit of 50000 INR through Astropay to my 1x account on 16th August, 2022 at 3.41 am IST. Money got debited from my Astropay wallet but did not get credited to my 1x account.

It has been more than 38 hours and I have not received any sort of resolution to this issue. I have provided all the screenshots in call, chat and email support multiple times. All I am getting is a template response saying we are processing , please wait for 3 hours. Many 3 hours have passed but there is no interest from 1x in addressing the issue.

I have messaged in Facebook official page as well and there is no response.

Withdrawal request

Hello,

I have some winnings on my account and wmi want to withdraw the money. When i request withdrawal i get error like to send my doxuments to security department, i sent the documents but thry dosent care at all, they keep sending me messages like show us proof of your purchased flexepin vouchers. I sent them screenshots, they said please sens full size screenshots from laptop, ok, i sent... then they please sent jpg or png format, okay i sent png format, after png screenshots they asked for pdf proof, okay i sent pdf proof, after that they asking again for laptop screenshots. They just joking. Please help me, this is third time when i get scammed with withdraw.

Atfer they asked some screenshot from the skrill account that i used to deposit fund the 1xbet account. i also did it even i was after several screenshot because some screenshot don't their requirment. After this they asked me the national id card of the person owner of the person owner of the skrill account because i was a friend's skrill account. i did this also. they asked my relation to this person: i said it's a close friend. They asked me about perfectmoney account because before i used perfect money to deposit fund to my account, it was my husband perfectmoney and i send them a photo of national id card of my husband after they asked it. After this they asked me about the relation that i have with to person: the one was a cousin but the other i don't know who. They said the information will be proceced and i'll get an answer.

The next morning i got an email that my account was closed and the multiaccount with it. Wooooooow. i reply to the email but only one response refer me to their decision and all others email i sent was igored as they said in the email.

i asked my cousin about his account and he said me that he also used the skrill account of our friend to deposit fund in his account.

The other guy i don't who it's possible that he also used this skrill account.

I DIDN'T NOT USED MULTI-ACCOUNT BUT 1XBET BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I have played honnestly and have done sacrifice to earn the amount in the account.

They ignored all the email i sent about it to the support team or the security.

i want to be refunded cause they wrongly blocked my account. i don't know that someone else used the skrill account and also i was able to provide them all the info they asked me i was honnest from me but they wrongly blocked me with all the fund i has on the account.

i attach here a screenshot of the email said me that they blocked my account.

i have 540€ in the account blocked.

I don't know how but in the net many person has been victims of these situation and i want solution and help. Yours is 15000$ they ignore, mine a litle 540€. If some one have solution i listen all proposition

Only received 31 into my 1xbet account.

I can't login into my account as of 8th of august,I do change the password I did forgotten password it shows me successful and I tried login they told me invalid username or password I file a message to their specialist till now they haven't replied my mail.This my account detail [protected]@gmail.com on 1xbet I don't have access to it and I have funds inside

My 1xbet account is blocked and on verification for more than 1 year. Been over dozens of documents delivered, two skype verifications, medical statement saying I'm not addicted, a lot of letters to Ukraine and they still ask for more things... There's a lot of money there and I'm going desperate!

Getting robbed for the second time on 1xbet and didn’t get my 5000 withdrawal

I need support please regarding a withdrawal I did for 5000LE I entered an invalid wallet number for my withdrawal on Vodafone cash that is only 10 digits instead of 11 digits, so the "thank God" transaction will not be processed and will give an error as the wallet number is invalid As seen in the attached screen shot .

The owner of the wallet is a liar don’t want to send the sms confirmation and 1xbet are asking for bank statement for VC lol “how?”

I want to clarify that I have already raised to complains from day one for each of the following emails 4 days ago and the only auto reply I got from a bot was a ticket number for my case and since then not a single reply on my emails

I feel being scammed for the second and When I found this site and wrote my complain I was wishing that someone will take my it seriously for once but it’s looks like I am always talking to bots with the same reply !

I don’t know what to do there is no one to escalate to and the relevant teams are not replying they don’t even have an SLA for the reply time , they treat customers unprofessionally and ignore emails for more than weeks yo get a first reply !

I CLEARLY STATE THAT I WANT TO ESCALATE MY ISSUE TO SENIOR PERSON IN 1xbet and please don’t reply by telling me send an email to xxxxx as I have been sending emails to all 1xbet departments hoping that one of them will take my case seriously but unfortunately nothing happened nor the 1xbet representative that replied here has helped !

So please tell me what hat should I do to get my money ?

Can anyone who reads this comment confirms if you got a financial complaint with a deposit or withdrawal on an online casino when is the max time to get response to on any of the casino you are playing.

As so all know in 1xbet if you face the same problem after one week minimum will get the first nonsense response asking [censored] and you will stay back and forth and after a month or more your issue will be resolved or not as they run the game and there is no we’re to go to complain

If anyone face better support in 1xbet please reply .

And all I got is an auto reply with a ticket number from each team as shown above but NOT A SINGLE reply on my following up emails !

I felt being scammed for the second and I found this page finally and the reply I got from you is to contact them ! What ! I need help getting my money back please I shared my issue with you and the tickets numbers I was given by your team hopping that I can get support

SCAMMERS, Please avoid at all costs.

I deposited 207 USDT ERC20 using binance, it was quick, so when I tried to withdraw using the same method, it said that I should use the same method I deposited with, at first I thought it was a glitch or something, so I went to the chat to explain, well first rep Sally didnt even bother checking the screenshots I enclosed, and kept repeating the same sentence, that I should withdraw using the same method, while in the screenshot it was apparent that I was doing just that, then came the second one Hugh, I explained and told me that I wont be able to withdraw my funds until I stake em all.

Guys any company that makes it easy to deposit money and hard to withdraw it, whether due to a policy or just other excuses thats a scam alert, stay away if you value your money.

Desired outcome: Please REFUND.

Same happened with me I deposited using lite coin and when I tried to withdrawal I got the same reply and she kept repeating too without even investigating, I swear it’s the worst ever casino support I have ever seen in my life THE WORST

Yeah dude, now they re asking me to deposit more using another method and bet with all of it on odds greater than 1:1 then send them an email to ask for a new payment method, and all Im asking is to refund the money to the address it came from. It's literally the worst experience Ive had with any bookie ever.
