I have deposited 500 taka at 1.03 PM today through Rocket account but it's been 7 hours i didn't even received the money on my betting account. It's my first deposit and that's too with so much trouble I emailed with every proof and screenshot but didn't got any positive response.I have attached every data possible from my end.

After geting my money they block my account and they keep my money for more than 6 Month without answer ! I make already complain against 1xbet and you send me Watsapp contact … (look the attached file) after contacting this Watsapp number the guy how supposed to help me he threatens me …. And he say they will panisched me ! I don’t know how ? But I thing he mean they will not gives my money back !

company 1xbet after my first deposit they blocked my account and they withheld my money, i've been trying to get my money or new password for 6 months, unfortunately the support of this company doesn't answer my emails and calls anymore, and if they email then ask for the same document you have already received. i will not get my money back i have informed this company i no longer want to be a customer and want my money back. they just ignored me and illegally withheld my money until date.
