Unjustifiable disabled my account

Good Day !

Today , December 21,2022 Course hero sent me an email that they disabled my account which is unfair to my side . I didnt violate anything. They dont allow me to get my pending earnings . My email is [protected]@yahoo.com on CH . I already send email to course hero but they told me that It was permanently close . Give me back my hard earned money. My earnings comes from my effort.

Course hero doesnt have the right to get all my earnings.

Desired outcome: Give me back my hard earned money. Send it to my paypal account or let me open my account so that I can withdraw my earnings

My account [protected]@gmail.com was recently disabled on 13th December 2022 and I had not violated any of your terms and conditions. Your recent feedback did not specify the violation. On 13/12/22, my tutor account girlygirlpower19@gmail.com was permanently disabled without cause. I have not broken any of the Terms of Use rules nor is Course Hero able to specify in which way I personally have violated any of their terms other than a general "Sections 2 and 3", which I have not broken. I had over $400 waiting to be withdrawn and Course Hero is denying me access to the money I earned.

I have found many other tutors complaining online that this has also happened to them once they had earned "big money" and were about to be able to withdraw it.

I have been falsely accused to violating the Terms of Use, my account has been unfairly permanently disabled and money which I spent a lot of time earning I cannot access it.

account Re-enabling

Hello Team,

On 13/12/22, my tutor account [protected]@gmail.com was temporary disabled without cause. I have not broken any of the Terms of Use rules nor is Course Hero able to specify in which way I personally have violated any of their terms . I had over $200 waiting to be withdrawn and Course Hero is denying me access to the money I earned. i send the video and other documentations that were requested and never got the feedback.

I have found many other tutors complaining online that this has also happened to them once they had earned "big money" and were about to be able to withdraw it.

I have been falsely accused of violating the Terms of Use, my account has been unfairly temporary disabled and money which I spent a lot of time earning I cannot access it.

Payment of my pending balance as a tutor.

Hello Team,

My account [protected]@gmail.com was permanently disabled yet I had not violated any of your rules. I had a good rating by the students . Now that you decided to close my account , you should pay me my pending payment balance of 400$, that was my hard earned money and I deserve it. It is unfair not to pay me my money. Send my payment via my pay pal account [protected]@gmail.com or let me access my account so that I can withdraw my payment.

Delete documents

I was given some assignments to do and your website offered me to ask some questions in exchange for the documents that I will upload.

I am from Bangladesh and I was not aware of the policy of my college regarding plagiarism and the student code of conduct.

So I did as I uploaded the assignment on course hero with my student id on it and my program head came to know about the same. She told me to remove all the documents that I uploaded on course hero otherwise they will rusticate me from the college as I already received 0%. Being an international student, if I am rusticated I am supposed to go back to my home country which will be impacting my financial life as well as my mental health. Please help me, I have my 6 yo kid with me and my husband. I am ready to pay any subscription charge or penalty charge required but please remove all the documents that I uploaded.

Account re - enabling

Hello,

My account was disabled yet I had not violated any of your terms. I had not also received any warning, my account had a good rating of 93% more than the recommended 85%. This action of disabling my account was unfair. My account [protected]@gmail.com had a pending balance of over 355$. Kindly allow me to withdraw my balance since that was my hard work or send it to my paypal account [protected]@gmail.com. I will appreciate any assistance given by your team. Thank you

you are telling people to reach out and you do not respond to their messages. You also do not pay tutors. you have been pocketing their earnings the whole of this year. You should practice ethics and stop humiliating the tutors working for you.

They are getting our hard earned money which comes from our effort of being a tutor . My account also was permanently disabled because of unjustifiable reason .I have 200 usd on my account. But they dont allow me to get my earnings

Regarding money withdraw

Hello team,

I am unable to withdraw my money from Course Hero, and I emailed the tutor support team. Instead of resolving my problem. They took my answering rights. I am still can't withdraw my money and there is no response from support team please help me out.

Content uploaded at coursehero, without my concent

Hi Team,

I had found that several documents of mine were available at course hero and they were uploaded without my consent. I have raised several requests and still I am not seeing any action taken on it.

I want this content to be taken down immediately.

Below are ticket no generated after submitting the request on https://www.coursehero.com/copyright/ for request to expeditiously remove the content.

Awaiting for a response from course hero team and getting this content removed.

Kindly help me in this issue.

My tutor account got disabled.

Yesterday night,i got an email from course hero saying that ,they temporary disabled my tutor account . And told me to send a 10 sec vidoe clip to them with some instructions for re enabling the account. And i did it .

But so far they haven't replay yet?

I have huge amount to withdraw from my tutor account, that i planned to use for my Next year post graduation fee.

Plz atleast let me withdraw my earnings.

so many people have provided the documentation and you end up taking their earnings. Is this ethical? people work for you and then you steal from them. You guys will burn in hell together with your families.

Uploaded doc

I accidentally uploaded a doc that was a textbook pdf. It got Denied: Copyright and I cannot remove it. I did not know that textbook pdfs were not allowed to be uploaded.

Desired outcome: I would like that upload to be deleted please.

Bad Request when logging in

Hi, Please help me to relogin my account. I already submitted the 10 sec video, email address and phone number in tutor support team. It always says bad request when I am trying to login in my account, I already cleared the cache and browser history, still nothing happens. Please help, so I can continue to help students in solving their problem. Thanks.

My account always getting temporarily disabled.

On December 7 my account got this problem, that they temporarily disabled my account because they identified unusual activity on the account and now December 14 I am getting this problem again without properly explaining why my account always got this, which I just did is to help the students with all my best following all the honor code, copyright policy, and terms of use. And now your saying that I violated the term of use? I read every now and then the terms of use so I know what is inside that and base on my performance I followed it. I hope you will consider my situation and I'm just worried that maybe every week I will get this kind of problem because you didn't properly review my account. I hope to get back my account without any problems in the future.

Desired outcome: Able to activate the account without any problems in the future.

Permanently disable my account due to SMS verification

Last 12/10/22 I was trying to withdraw my earnings. I input my SMS number and a code was received. However, when I enter the given code a prompt message states that my number cannot be verified. I opted to do Contact support to ask their assistance.

A response was received, and I was so shocked and disheartened to see the message. It states that I have violated their rules hence, causing for it to be permanently disabled and I cannot withdraw all the amount I earned.

I have tried to contact the Support again twice, asking them to specify the violation I have made. Cause as far as I know I have followed all their rules. I was really hoping I could claim all my earnings, and this will be resolved. This is very traumatizing on my part.

Hope they have interviewed me first so I could have defended myself into whatever violation they have thought I have committed.

The amount withhold is big enough for us to use this Christmas.

Desired outcome: I would like for them to give back all the earnings I worked on ($110) and return my account to active status.

All I want is to withdraw the money I worked on, as this I believed is rightfully mine. I have been trying to reach out to your support. I can't even call. No response still. Send me my earnings. That's all then you may remove my account.

I have reached out to your support to ask the specific violations. Why now that I am trying to withdraw? If you could give me the specific violation you said I have committed so I could defend myself. I just want to withdraw the amount I worked on. This is what I am just asking, to get the amount I worked on your site before you disabled my account.

As far as I know I only got problem with the mobile number as it cannot be verified as per the prompt message. Then suddenly you will message me and inform me I was permanently disabled to your site, because I committed a violation which you cannot even specify?

Locked account due to reaching the maximum number of phone verification attempts

Hi Course Hero!

Last December 8 around 1pm, I was about to cash-out my earnings but before cash-out, it needed SMS verification. After I input my phone number it says "my account could not be verified and some features have been blocked. Contact tutor support for details." I then emailed [protected]@CourseHero.com.

They unlocked my account but unfortunately when I type again my number, it gets locked again.

and then last December 11, I've read in my tutor dashboard with the statement :

"Following a thorough review of your Course Hero Tutor account, we have discovered activities or answer quality issues that are in violation of our Terms of Use and Tutoring Values. As a result, your access has changed and you can no longer answer questions on Course Hero.

You can withdraw your available balance if it exceeds $20 USD. Please contact Tutor Support if you have any questions."

Is there a way i could change my number?

Removal of uploaded document

I have uploaded note from my university. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few note from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. Urgently

Account locked due to attempt number verification

Hi, I'm worried about that locked account. I just did 2 or 3 attempts for mobile verification. Then I see this message

"This tutor account has been locked as a result of reaching the maximum number of failed phone number verification attempts. To potentially resolve this issue, please send an email to [protected]@coursehero.com."

Now I want to unlock my account as soon as possible. Helpful rate 100%. I'm waiting for your response

I am not using this service for last four to five months then why they deduct money 29.59 cent .

Deletion of my uploaded documents

I have uploaded documents without the consent of my colleagues and instructors into course hero, and now I have been instructed to request a deletion of all my uploaded documents on course hero due to the data privacy act and how it can negatively impact the reputation of my instructors/colleagues. I request that the course hero remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: Delete all uploaded documents.
