I would like to turn down all the documents I have uploaded to my account. I uploaded some lectures in course hero from my university which have been asked to be removed immediately. I have accidentally uploaded a few notes from my university into course hero. And now I really need to remove them before there is action from my university since I violated their rules under a privacy act that I can't put the files on a website. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

On December 9, my account was temporarily disabled due to alleged violation Term of Use, which I’m sure I did not do anything wrong. An email was sent to me telling me to send Items and video for a possible re-enabling of account. I did it immediately but got no reply for any update. I have earnings to be withdrawn, and I cannot even receive my hard earned income. May you please help me regarding this?

Some of my university's notes ended posted on Course Hero by mistake, and I need to get rid of them before the administration takes any kind of action. My university provided me with a ton of useful notes, but in order to use them, I need to get permission from the owner. I have requested that the course hero remove this, but so yet, nothing has been done. Immediately, I must delete all of the files from my account.

My account has been temporarily closed since December 9, 2022 and I don’t know what is the reason for this. I don’t violate any of your terms and conditions since my subject there is all about math, all of my answers are all from my mind and hardworks.

I just want to withdraw my balance there, its the fruit of my hardwork. I need it and its mine.

I already emailed the [protected]@coursehero.com and their response will take up to 7 business days. I want to withdraw my balance now.

While I was withdrawing more than 400 $ I came across the issue of a phone number. I was working from 2020 till November 2022.

I received a message from the tutor support team informing me that they had seen some suspicious behavior coming from my account and needed a few key facts as well as a 10-second video. With that video and other information, I replied to that email. Nothing was done and the account was suspended.

Seems like a SCAM...

If there is an error in your system then it's your problem. Highly unprofessional behavior.

My university just ordered me to take immediate action to remove my uploaded files because of the Data privacy act and it could potentially tarnish the reputation of our university (and myself). I have emailed the DMCA and support plus take down request but it's been 20 hours and there hasn't been an action taken ever since. Please, this is urgent.

I worked on the Course Hero platform as a tutor and helped many students in their studies (more than 120 questions). But yesterday, I was unable to access my account, and upon contacting the support, they replied that their system had closed my account.

Alright, their system has closed my account, but I had more than 200$ in my account. If there was any issue, you should not have banned my access to my earnings that I had already earned by answering questions.

Now I request for the payment of my hard work.

I have recieved a mail from Tutor support team that they observed the unusual activity found from my account and asked me to send few essential details and 10sec video.I have replied to that mail with that video and other details.But they not even replied to my mails and not resolving anything . i have already raised a complaint one week back but no use my issue was not resolved yet.

IOn Saturday 4th, December 2022 I tried logging into my account on course hero, but I was unable to. I even tried to login on Google and I got bad request! I also tried logging in with my log in credentials, it said wrong password or email

It was requested by this individual that all the documents I uploaded be removed from the account as it would affect their academic integrity and they will lose their job and all involvement with the designation including but not limited to, access to future courses, future events, etc.

I am a tutor at Courshero. I have been mailing the Coursehero tutor support team but I am not getting any reply regarding my tutor login issue. I am trying to open my account but it is not opening and every time it is showing bad request error on my laptop as well as on my mobile. I have my hard-earned money in my tutor account. Could you please help me?

On 29/11/22, my tutor account was permanently disabled without cause. I have not broken any of the Terms of Use rules nor is Course Hero able to specify in which way I personally have violated any of their terms other than a general "Sections 2 and 3", which I have not broken. I had over $550 waiting to be withdrawn and Course Hero is denying me access to the money I earned.

I have found many other tutors complaining online that this has also happened to them once they had earned "big money" and were about to be able to withdraw it.

I have been falsely accused to violating the Terms of Use, my account has been unfairly permanently disabled and money which I spent a lot of time earning has been stolen from me.

I am unable to log in to my tutor account in Course Hero. I did not receive any mail regarding this from them. I have mailed them twice, but they are not replying. Their 24-hour helpline number is also not working.

My Coursehero account suddenly they temporary disable my account.. After sending 10sec video and with id proof they said they will soon connect with us in 7business days but it's almost a 2weeks they are responding same mail that they will connect soon... My payment is on hold... Please reactivate my account...

Course Hero told me that you probation period has been ended and giving you the answering rights but when I check there The account is disabled and my account is not opened yet. Still my Earning is there they are not listening my yet even they don’t reply yet

I want my money back.

They Told me that on 22 November that your probation period has been ended and you have answered the question but Still my account is disabled.

I have uploaded essays from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately. All the notes I got from my university, which I actually need to ask for consent from the owner since they are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded a few essays from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove them before there are any actions from the top level management of the university. I am requesting that the course hero may remove it, I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Hi. My tutor account got blocked just today. I haven't tried withdrawing any amount yet since it will be withdrawal on Dec. 2, 2022. I received a memo that I can withdraw my remaining balance that exceeds $20, but when I looked at the earnings page, I can't view my remaining balance anymore. I already emailed the support group but no reply from them.

I am trying to login my account getting error of Bad Request. I have a lot of unlocks available and an available for withdrawal. guide me what to do now. Please help.
