please my account was blocked on 5/11/2022 with the total sum of 131,000 naira left in it...I was trying to make a withdrawal before my account was blocked and no response from customer care.
I was asked to merge my accounts and after it was merged. I made further deposits, this deposited went through and at the point I was to make withdrawal my account was blocked. I called their customer care severally and no help was provided, they were all rude and unresponsive.
