Wow! I'm just going to add to the list of complaints already here that remain unresolved. 2 stars isn't a good sign. They may want to rethink their 2023 initiatives. At the end of the day there needs to be a human size of this company. We owe it to ourselves and our children to be better human-beings. Remember we are shaping their minds for the future! I don't have a problem with adult content. My issue is in the tactics used to manipulate individuals in order to make money. ~Jeffro~

Moderators are actively doing this to models on your site.

1) Your site is preventing customers from leaving comments, even when they pay for a Pm.

2) You site is preventing customers from seeing [our] comments or blackening out models' rooms because they think it's funny.

3) Your site is delisting models, so only they can see themselves, resulting in hours of zero work and wasted time. Some of us need to work in order to make money and this not only cripples us financially, but ruins our nights and effect our emotions.

4) Your site is going into models rooms, after hours playing these sadistic games, and psychologically taunting us (posing as customers, for instance, and in the middle of a conversation [disappearing] to add to the emotional pain).

I've spoken to several models who have experienced the same thing. None of this is made up to smear your site. It is absolutely real. We are decent people and [do not] deserve this.

And it wastes our time. I'm an eye-catching model and every time I use this site my room is completely empty. Please, Elon Musk, buy this site and get rid of the filters which prevents most people from being platformed. We get the ocassional Chaturbate bots which appear to be talking to you, but you can't possibly interact with them. Ever hear of the Dead Internet Theory? I'm living it right now. The Dead Internet Theory suggests that most people on social networking sites, including sites like this, aren't real people. Just bots. I'm willing to bet that's pretty much what this site is. A place where a select few thrive and the rest are kept on board to be force-fed ads, celebrities, influencers or, in this case, other models.

Everytime I enter a room, the model try’s to kick well I took matters into my own hands after I filed a complaint and chaturbate acted as if they didn’t care or else has something to do with it, the problem is a convicted sex offender in state of nebreska hy the name of dan boetch, make a long story short hacked into the verizon server and took my phone num and found my devise info and or other information and posted it on the platform to kick me whichever room I go in and posted ridiculous untrue things about me, any broadcaster can see it, abs chaturbate wouldn’t attempt to even pursue this matter.

On January 13th, 2023, I submitted age verification for my account that was within the guidelines set by chaturbate. The website refused to take it and I was met with a permanent ban on ALL of my accounts. I have 2 forms of valid ID that the chaturbate website says they accept. My account had thiusands of followers and thousands of tokens from streaming. Also, all of my emails have been ignored and there is no help from chaturbate themselves to resolve this issue.

I'm concerned and confused by this action. I purchase tokens with my debit card or bitcoin. It is always full pay and successful for purchasing the tokens. In addition, my CB account has not been online for a month. Moreover, I have been using this Account for a time. But now my account is banned, I'm so upset about that. I have not made any chargebacks on your platform.

I was in pvt. With model. She said I would be in pvt after I gave her1500tokens so I did... Big mistake.. We were in pvt less than2minutes. I gave 1500tokens for nothing. After I was declined. Isge said I needed to. Give her 7777 tokens. 30 seconds. She return to her chat room. Now that I think about she never thank me. This took place at 4:00 was est. The thief name is mayabach. They are banning accounts. Often times they are making these accounts agreed to not do things they never did. They also accuse individuals of engaging in taboo role play but they offer hashtags of taboo. They also promote rooms of such taboo role play they banned also they do not answer to why this is done or give a reason to an actual banned account its months to never for a response. Suggest to never buy tokens because you never get them back if your a purchaser

Hi there I hate to do this but I'm a bit upset after loosing tokens for something I was meant to get but never really did.

I asked for a prvt show for 10mins which was 600 tokens from a user spaceoddkitty

She accepted and they show started which was great around 4 minutes in the show we agreed to pay 200 tokens for some extra content then around the 5 minutes in and after her messing around, getting up and leaving and returning or her cam is out of focus, I get banned from show for no reason, I was polite and never said or made her do anything wrong, I have a good record here I'm just angry I lost tokens that i never got what was promised. She has now started put a password on her room and doing 4 hour show with one user, which isn't right. There is something mental wrong with twisted model. She uses the circumstances in Ukraine 🇺🇦 to her advantage, tells users that she has no lights , so she gains extra tips or an excuse.

Spaceoddkitty is Ukrainian cam model, that takes fan club membership and in return ignores you in pvt messages. She takes you into pvt and starts disappeared or gets distracted by doing something, while you are paying 60tks a minute. She then has a viewer or viewers that she locks her room with a password, while she does cam2cam with them. She is a liar and stammer. She should be removed from Chaturbate but unfortunately Chaturbate take a percentage from her private so turn a blind. Regardless about complaining about her
