My account was temporarily suspended due to some unusual accounts at my browser, which I do not know, they asked my to reverify my details and I did the same by sending 10 second vedio to them and also my phone no and registered email id, they have not replied me back yet my registered email id on course hero is [protected]@gmail.com

Course Hero - Course Hero Tutor
Hello, I have a coursehero tutor account. As you can see in the screenshot I do have more than 80 dollars in my account and I do have 100 percent helpful rate. Then early this morning, I received an email from their support team asking me to send a video with my face together with my name and ID. I did submit this. Then my account suddenly closed by them without explanation.
