Course Hero review: My tutor account was completely taken down by course hero team without able to withdraw my pending earnings

I emailed the tutor support team several times now since 03-Nov-2022 with regards on verifying my contact number as I cannot withdraw my pending earnings (192+ USD). They responded to me yesterday (see attached photo) however they didn't resolved the issue and just took down my account completely as I cannot log-in anymore and withdraw my pending earnings. As stated on the dashboard (see attached photo), we can still withdraw our available balance if it exceeds 20 USD, just contact the tutor support team, then why they took down my account completely and take my hard earned money away? It's fine if my tutor account will be closed however I just need my pending earnings to be withdrawn.

I emailed back Anya and Tutor Support Team provided my feedback since it turns out that COURSE HERO IS SCAMMING THEIR TUTORS! They're response was very misleading and it didn't resolved any issues.

I hope this can be addressed immediately.
