Course Hero review: Unauthorized charges

I am trying to login my account getting error of Bad Request.

I did withdrawal of $127 dollar and it showed the error and verification of code was done . money deducted but didn't come into my Paypal account kindly help into it. kindly look into it asap . will i get my money back or not . please help

For the second time this month, i have not received any of my withdrawals from coursehero. Whenever i click withdraw money, it says “unexpected error occurred please refresh the page and try again” when i refresh the page, my earnings are gone. They are showed as “cashed out”, whereas I don’t receive anything in my paypal.

Good day. I tried withdrawing my tutor reward, so it says, 'Failed and try refreshing the page'. So I did refresh the page, and upon doing so, my available balance became 'ZERO' but when I checked my PayPal account, the money wasn't there. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you.

I have accidentally uploaded documents from my thesis into course hero and now I really need to remove it because there is a problem with my plagiarism check. I would like to remove document I uploaded since I have not deleted my name nor the teacher name therefore if it maybe possible I would like to remove the name and re-upload the document. The former teacher has strictly asked to get rid of there name and I need to remove this before I get in much problem with the curriculum chairs.

I've been trying to log in for three days. But it just keeps saying that my email address and password are incorrect, even though they are, and when I try to log in with Gmail, it just says bad request.

Unable to sign in with Google. I had 3 unlocks left and now unable to use them. I have tried logging in and resetting my password and still noting appeared. I even tried to create a new account, but it said I already had an existing account and needed to log in

l found a message from the courshero tutor suppport that they detected suspicious behaviour from my courshero tutor account, so it has been disabled till l provide supporting documents of a 10 sec video and other details. after the submission of the documents required, my the issue has not been resolved.

When I am trying to login using my Gmail, it says "Bad request." I cant login to the account, I do have unlocks available as well.! please do check and get my login back!.

Course Hero signed me up for the wrong subscription and I need a refund or change to the monthly subscription. When I sign up, I clicked the one month but as I was paying it switch to the yearly which I can't afford.

I received an email coming from a tutor support that I did unusual activity that violates the terms of use which lead to temporary disable. I already send and follow the instructions that they send to me in order to re enable my account . But still rign now theres no reply .

Its been a 2 weeks since I requested for the change of my sms verification number since I won't be able to receive sms code from now on. My sim card was lost. I can't withdraw my earnings. I sent my email last November 15, 2022 and it hasn't been resolved.
