Freelancer.com review: Account was abruptly closed

My name is Mykhailo, and I'm from Ukraine. My freelancer.com account was abruptly closed yesterday after I requested the process for a fund withdrawal and my $1760 was stolen. That money came from the work I completed for one of my clients over a period of time. I've been a freelancer on that platform for many years, and they have officially recognized me as a "Preferred" and "Verified" Freelancer. I worked on numerous projects there and made more than $30k; all of the payments were handled by the platform, and as a preferred freelancer, I was required to give them 15% of my earnings.

I was nearly in tears when I learned that my account had been closed because, in the difficult circumstances of Ukraine, that was the only way I could provide for my family. Without my employment, my freelancer account, my family would be unable to survive. I really didn't do anything to violate the terms and conditions of freelancer.com, and all of my clients were happy with my work. Please review my work once more and send me my account again. Take it into account as a support for our Ukrainians.
