I started a 7 day trial for $1 on May 1, 2022 I asked one question looked at my banking they had charged me another $46 on May1,2022 I called and they canceled my subscription same day may 1, 2022 but told me they do not issue refunds I did not even get thru my first day of a 7 day trial period which was money back guarantee.
They did the same thing to me. I paid $1, just to ask a question. They TRIED TO charge my credit card $46.
3 times. Thank GOD the bank caught it in time and they didn't get my money.I cancelled the credit card to stay safe. They're a pack of Coyotes.
What crooks! This appears to be what has happened to my elderly mother - she thought she was being directed by Kenwood to a website to help with her dishwasher fault, paid £1 for online advice and then was charged an additional extortionate amount without her agreement or knowledge. This is heartbreaking and a considerable knock to her confidence when she is trying to become more and more independent following the loss of my father. Additional charges, and subscriptions, should be made blatantly obvious before charges are taken without consent. This will be fought!
