I cancelled my membership after paying $5. I had asked a question and got pretty much no help. No solution. I opened my bank account only to find 2 charges of $34. I was never emailed, texted any kind of confirmation of the payments so was unaware I was still being charged. So I went to their website to request a refund. I got on a chat where the man told me I posted a question 2 months prior (which I paid $5). Only 2 secs after he messaged that he wasn’t receiving any response. So immediately I responded knowing he was seeing it. He ended the conversation either ways. So I got on chat again. The man told me to call a number for a supervisor. I called the number and the woman named Erica told me there was No supervisor. She kept robotically repeating herself that I posted a question 2 months prior. I explained that I canceled and that I haven’t used their app nor got any notifications of payments. She then told me she’d have a supervisor call back in 15-30 mins. I got the call back, the “supervisor” did the same robotic repetition and I only had very major valid good points. He had nothing to help the case of not refunding and hung up on me. I called again, I asked for corporates number and the girl gave me it. I called the number and the same Erica from the first call answered. This company is a major scam and it’s baffling on the unprofessionalism and treatment to us victims of fraud. They do not help with any questions and only tell you what you can Google.
