Dubble payment

Good day.. On the 19 Jan 2023 I purchase at the Cradock KFC branch I was then told at the drive through that my payment did not went through but on my app it showed that it went through I was then advise to pay cash I did then and then was told that my money Wil be refunded in a few min. I've check the whole night nothing next day nothing I went in to asked and they said (the staff because manager was not there) that I should bring my bank statements and they Wil check it has been weeks now and stil I. Haven't received any feedback yet. And was told that I can't phone. They must handle it. Hope u can assist thanks.

Desired outcome: Want my money back ASAP!

Coleslaw

I ordered through the drive thru in Pottsville Pa on 2/10/23 at 6:50 pm. Receipt# J13800122921797 Ticket 1797. Restaurant# J138001

I received a small coleslaw with a foreign object in it. About a half inch big. Maybe chicken or breading but I’m not looking. I already ate some of the other food and am now sick to my stomach. I called the store and the managers only solution was to bring it back and he will give a new one. So I should drive several miles to replace a 1/2 cup of coleslaw? He pretty much dismissed me. Did not even apologize. I could take a picture of whatever it is and post on social media but I won’t. He should have offered my money back.

Desired outcome: Money back since I’m sick from the food why would I want replacement food?

Obviously you are lying. You just want a free meal. You would have to go to the restaurant for your money anyway. Instead of lying to get a free meal visit a soup kitchen or see if your church has a program. They usually help people like you who can't afford to eat.

Food

I went to kfc in Troy Mo. 198 East Hwy 47.The restaurant #g135783.I got a tenders 8 piece meal $29.55 to go.When I got home to eat dinner with my family we could not eat the chicken tenders.The tenders were rubbery,limp,and not crispy.They had very little coating it looked like it fell off.I tried to contact by phone never got a answer just placed on hold.I sent a message by Facebook. I did a live chat where nobody answered.I sent a email and got a response saying I would be contacted. Nobody has called.I have a reference number #[protected] From web support.

Flavor and quality

Sedley I find the quality has become sub standard especially from your Kent and Essex branches'.
The flavor appears to be of a corner cheap chicken shop flavor and NOT the famous flavor I have experienced from living in the US and the flavor of KFC that Britain once knew.
It appears the size of chicken leaves a lot to be desired and flavorless.
Fries... Seven fries are classed as a portion.
Equally your stores are now refusing Blue light cardholder and Veteran cards.
I will be taking this matter up with the owner of KFC on my next visit to Chicago Via Email and letter, as I feel what once was a desired meal is now not so much desired.
I eagerly await your response.

Hair in food

I am very disappointed in the quality and service. we buy on a regular basis KFC. But to come home and find hair in you food is disgusting. I felt that I I waste my money buying this food for my family. The sad thing is that it's load shedding and my kids did not eat and now I have to go somewhere else to buy food. dont you guy have quality checks on thing like this?

Madinaty branch - Cairo, Egypt

I ordered an order (order no.[protected]) with my family from kfc application in 10:41 pm from Madinaty branch in Cairo, Egypt and I waited two hours and the order didn’t come then I called kfc call center in egypt and I made a complain and they told me that the order will come soon and they will let the branch manager to contact me right now. I waited for a while and no called that I felt asleep me and my family and when I just woke up and I found out that they sent an e-mail at 1:40 Am to inform me that they cancelled the order and they won’t be able to deliver it! …. Is this a behaviors that fit one of the biggest restaurants in the world!.. I want to make a complaint about this branch and if no one contact me i’ll put this on social media and i’ll advise the people to don’t deal with you again.

Awaiting a Refund from 27/12/2022

Went into a KFC in Cannock, used the order machine, froze and took money NEVER Produced an order. ordered at Desk and the manager said it would be refunded HAD NOT. Contacted Customer Service 6/1/23 they said it take 3-5 working days WTF? still no money returned and it is nearly a month. I want my money back as I was not put on this earth to finance KFC...,...

I want answers. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO REPORT THIS AS AN ONLINE SCAM CRIME? I will along with a national newspaper interview stating what thieves you are. REFUND THEN ANSWERS WITH REGARD TO YOUR SHODDY SERVICE

Poor service

I went to kfc sebokeng thabong via drive thru and the was no 1 on the window I waited for more than 15min just to get my Ice cream and the lady by the name Precious was very rude when I was telling her about my situation that I encountered at the first Window

I am very disappointed with the service because we believe all kfc hire nothing but the best employees but kfc Thabong is just a disgrace and I will never go there anymore hope this will be helpful to other customers

KFC at Dockside, Gillingham, Kent

I have always visited KFC at Dockside for a wrap, as soon as they first came in. I might have this once or twice a week.

The last four visits have been disastrous.

There seems like a change of management and the service is appalling.

1. one my first visit there was a long queue when the cashier was unable to process an order; struggled herself and then called the manager who also could not figure out and then he called another colleague who sorted the problem

We only have a specific time for lunch and this delay cut into the lunch time.

2. Second time, I was given almost raw chicken which I discovered when I got to the office plus that they had packed in paper rather than the normal box

3. this time the pitta bread was burnt

4. fourth time the chicken was hard and had to chew a lot; there was hardly any crispness in the chicken

Please do sort out your customer service before you lose customers

Desired outcome: Yes of course lovely to have a refund for all four visits-some saving grace

Order is wrong.

01/11/2023 about 4 pm Iwent into the KFC #G135878 in Painted Post New York. I ordered: 8 piece bucket. 1 chicken finger, 3 original thighs and 4 extra crispy thighs. Was told that I could not mix fingers with chicken. The finger was for my puppy. So told the girl that I would have 4 thighs original and 4 thighs extra crispy. Unpon arriving home, 1 1/2 hours away, I opened that bucket to discover that I have 2 wings extra crispy, 2 breasts extra crispy, 2 thighs original and 2 drumstick original. I am not happy nor was my family. I appreciate you looking into this for me. Thank you.
