Delivery

The assigned rider did not inform me through text that he will be delivering my parcel on February 10, 2023. He wanted to get my parcel as soon as possible. He did not even grant my request to wait just for about 10-15 mins to wait for me since he did not inform me earlier that he is going to deliver my parcel. This rider did not return my calls instead he texted me unnecessary messages.

Delivery address

Ibinigay ng kapatid ko ang complete address pero ang teller hindi nilagay ang complete address. Kaya nung sabing idedeliver nag antay pa kami pero wala namang dumating o nag contact sa amin. Sobrang delayed na nga ng delivery tas magkakaproblema pa sa delivery address. Akala namin ikokontact kami pagka delivery pero hindi naman pala. para saan pa ang number kung hindi rin pala magagamit pagka deliver na? tang inang service yan.

Desired outcome: Ang teller ang nagkamali sa address, kaya kung idedeliver nyo icontact kami para ma guide kayu kung san ang tamang address.

ripped off box

Hi, I received my package February 7, 2023 past 10 am. I received a call from [protected]. He let me sign the receipt and didn't leave a copy. Upon opening the box I noticed there's a part that's been ripped off and been covered with tape (LBC WVIS). I assume this is a tape from the Visayas that means it's been tampered not in Luzon. If you see in the picture that the side that's been tampered has the WVIS tape and the rest none.

Delayed delivery

My Item has been received by Cebu Delivery Team last February 2, 2023. I did a series of Follow up but until today February 9, 2023 customer service always replies with the same answer that it is already been coordinated with the assigned team. I'm frustrated with this kind of service as 4 days is already enough for them to make a move on the delayed delivery yet there is no urgency on their side. They will just continue to answer you with their generic answer and you will just wait to when will they deliver the item as they want.

We need to have at least an action to this as this is a very bad delivery and customer service.

Hope this will be actioned right away.

costumer service very bad

I went to waltermart cabanatuan near NEUST where there is a branch of LBC. I'm a loyal costumer of LBC since i used this company to send package from USA to my family here in cabanatuan(by the way i'm balikbayan). Anyway i went to this branch in LBC walter mart and try to widthdraw some money but the employee name Christian, told me that just go to western union beside their stall. To my surprise i ask him why i cannot get money from LBC since there is an celfone app from LBC that i used to send money., this guy not only have very bad costumer service but the attitude is rude also.Anyway this happen on Feb 7 2023.

Cannot withdraw BPI to Cash money

It happened on Feb 1 and 2 when BPI to Cash recipient cannot withdraw money due to system error (according to the branch -Guindulman Bohol). Time wasted, money wasted for nothing. This is the second time that happened. Advised recipient to go to another branch and hopefully get the money. Hope LBC will get their act together and improved service. Will personally visit the branch next month to check if any action has been taken to improved service.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and assurance that this will not become a common occurrence on a BPI to Cash transaction.

Delivery service

Nagpadala ng january 9 si edrean benosa (husband ko) deliver kay maria adela bedis (kapatid ko). Sad to say, kulang ang info about s add n ibinigay ng kapatid ko. Nag follow up husband ko january 16 s naga to correct da mali. Branch ng naga city xa nagpadala at dun dn nag follow up. Up to now wla pa s kapatid ko ung parcel. Nagtext sa kanya lbc naga city f ibabalik nlng ung parcel o deliver n s gantri. Bakit kailangan p namin mgbyad ng shipping fee e byad un n deliver dpt sa bhay ng kapatid ko. And now dadalhin lg s robinson gentri kelangan p mgbyad ng kapatid ko. Slashed/opened balikbayan box

Hi I sent 2 boxes for my family in the philippines. One of the box was slashed opened and lots of items were missing when I did the inventory. I emailed the customer service of LBC last January 17 regarding the Balikbayan Box with this email address ([protected]@lbcexpress.com) but till date no reply or call on there behalf. I also went to there warehouse in Iba, Zambales to find out what happened. There answer was, they delivered it as ease in our house meaning its damage already when they received it. I will attach the picture of the box & the tracking number for reference. I ask LBC on my email about there course of action. Until now nobody is reaching out. The tracking No is: [protected].

Balikbayan box

I’ve sent a box from Vancouver, Canada last Sept 28, 2022. It takes a while for me to receive it. Before my flight to Vancouver on the 11th of January, I’ve decided to just pick up myself from Bulacan warehouse-Bocaue Branch. Upon reaching the warehouse, they handed me my poor and not in good condition box, already opened. I was so mad and frustrated, I wasn’t able to argue cause I have too much stress that day prepping for my flight the next day. When we reach home and checked the opened box, I realized some were missing like 3 boxes of Chocolate Trick or Treats, vitamins and some foods. Bag of sugar were scattered around the box. I hope you’ll take this matter seriously.

My cargo pants

This is my tracking number [[protected]] I receive an update yesterday that my product has arrived, and today it tells me that is ready for delivery but it was postponed. But we didn't postponed it. It say "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." the item was from lazada. shipment concern

Hi! i would like to ask, I was tracking my delivery and the status said "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels."

My tracking number was [[protected]].

My question is what is the issue? I was waiting for the delivery all day until now because the shipment status on dec 31 was "Please expect delivery within the day."

we badly need the documents thank you!

Contact support unavailable. Box not being deliver on time manner

Sent this box September and its January still hasn't recieved. They keep saying is at the warehouse but no status when is going to be delivered. Understand that you wanted to save time and gas to waited for others so deliveries as much as you can BUT it is ridiculous not knowing when hoy expecting to get your package. Someone needs to do better job and whoevers policies trying to do this is obviously not working.

Product not Delivered

Shipped a product last December 27, 2022. Until now, January 4, 2023, the product has reached yet the recipient. Checked the online tracking website, only to find out that there was a concern with the shipping. I never received a call from LBC about the issue and even the receiver. I am not sure as to why they would include a contact number on the shipping details if it would not be used as a resource, in the first place. The main issue of the rider is that, the receiver’s house is closed. Well, this could have been resolved immediately if they called the recipient which should be a protocol, or perhaps, should have called me as a shipper since my contact number is included on the details. Called the Customer Service several times only to get scripted response “I will make a follow up.” The last agent I have spoken to, her name is “Tet”, she was not nice and very sarcastic in her approach.

Desired outcome: This needs to be shipped ASAP as the product is badly needed by the recipient. Tracking Number [protected]
