ridiculous prices
I honestly think that everything you offer is overpriced. For real. I don't what reasons have led you to this decision, but it's obviously not right.
Most of your customers are students (just like me), and sometimes they need help. But we don't have extra 400-500 dollars for a simple work to be done (that;s what you want on your website). I don't want you to create a computer program.
I am sorry, guys, but it's ridiculous. Your website is for millionaires, probably. So then you have to work on your design.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
the tutor hasn't contacted me
I paid for the Math tutor services, and I found this guy on the website www.mymathgenius.com. I wired money in advance, but this scammer fooled. He received my payment and told that he would contact me via Skype. He got my nick name there, but this jerk didn’t contact me. All my attempts to reach him also failed. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

First of all, MyMathGenius does not use any wiring services to charge their fees and certainly does not use Skype or other direct communication tools which might jeopardize the security or privacy of an individual. they charge, but don't provide services
I uploaded my exam on the website www.mymathgenius.com. To my surprise no one replied to my emails and requests. I tried to reach them again and again, nut no response. But they charged me for the order immediately and took about $9.00 for their service. I won’t recommend this website and post comments about your experience with them, coz it might help other people, as well as maybe someone can help me to get money back.
You said you uploaded your exam to the website and were charged immediately? I work at mymathgenius.com and I am very surprised by your story. What you’re describing simply cannot happen since mymathgenius.com is a very reputable company and does not charge money without the client’s consent. You also said you did not get any emails or messages from them so how did they tell you about charging you money? MyMathGenius.com works as follows; when you upload an assignment, project or exam we examine the details of your order and will give you a price with a grade guarantee for your project. If you like our price and grade guarantee you can go ahead and make a payment but if you do not, there is no obligation to use our services. Further, $9 for an exam simply does not sound right. There is no company (at least to my knowledge) that can complete a math exam with a guaranteed grade for $9. Baffling as it is, if you do feel that you have not got what you paid for I would urge you to contact your payment provider and get a refund processed. Should be simple enough and I’d be happy to help you with that process.
