Unauthorized Transaction

I fully believe this place is a scam. I only used this once and cancelled the subscription even while it was still on the free month use. This was back in December. Now in February, I am suddenly getting a payment notification saying I paid for an entire year ($144). I did not authorize for this payment and how did my subscription start again after I cancelled it? I looked at the month of January and not once but twice on different days it attempted to take money from me, and suddenly in February it went through and I am now negative in my bank account.

Desired outcome: The only thing I ask is a refund. I will not be using this site again and have no use for a full year.

Hello, I just opened my automatic payments page on paypal, which I had never done before. Lo and behold, apparently pdffiller started charging me $72/year for a subscription I never remember signing up for. The documents listed are from my realtor. I am not sure how I was tricked into subscribing for this software. I do not use, do not need and would like to refunded in full ($360). I have contacted customer service who tells me that they will pass on my request to senior management. Why trick people into subscribing? I never received an email in my inbox for this subscription. Perhaps it went to spam. The right thing to do is to refund people who are not using your program! I hope people who need documents signed by their clients do not use this app.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded $360 for the past 6 years of unused subscription.

unauthorized credit card charges

On January 5, 2023 I was charged 31.95 on my credit card. I had used this software once and understood I was to pay 1.75 for the one time fee.

Somewhere I read that this 31.95 would be a monthly charge.

I never did want to use the software more than once, and certainly did not ask for a monthly lease.

I would like a refund to my credit card for the 39.99 charge and please make sure I don't get charged for another month.

Charge of $96 for subscription not active!!!!

Hello,

I have an been an active subscription member for quite some time. In fact, I did a free trial and cancelled it before the subscription ever went active. The service was fine but I don’t use this on a regular basis, so I don’t expect to PAY $96. This is unacceptable and actually quite criminal. I need this refund ASAP. I am furious in regards to this. Thinking people won’t notice! Account email is [protected]@gmail.com

PDFFiller - Charged $105.6 for a yearly subscription I didn't sign up for

I signed up for a free trial (no subscription) for a month last December 1, 2022. Today, I just saw that I was charged $105.6 for an annual subscription I didn't sign up for. I've checked my email and there was no notification, reminder, or whatsoever that they would charge me of that amount. The only email they sent about this was already a "Thank you for your Payment" email. If they informed me that I would be charged $105.6, I would have unsubscribed as soon as possible.

Please refund my money. It's extremely frustrating to lose that amount of money at the beginning of the year for a service I have no use of. Please refund, or I will contact my bank and ask for legal help.

Pdf Filler

I did not create an account or sign up for this service. This company charged me $131.29 CAD for no reason on CHRISTMAS DAY. I am calling my credit card company immediately to resolve this, but will make sure that people know the truth about this grifting, useless company.

You are cons, and should be ashamed of yourselves for these charges. I hope you fail. If this remains unresolved, I will pay out of pocket to take you to court. You are ruining people's days and hurting their finances.

Desired outcome: Full refund and apology. If I ever see these charges again, there will be Hell to pay, trust.

Unauthorised payment

Hi, I had just had $249.02 AUD charged from my account from you. I don’t believe to have a recollection of creating an account with you and haven’t received an emails about it but have just had this overdraft my bank account. Coming Christmas and bills. This is extremely disappointing. I have sent an email and contacted the bank to resolve this but hope to hear further as to what this subscription is for

I see PDFfiller is scamming others as well the replay was the same with me .over a month and that make every excuse but have yet to returns funds to my credit cards . This company somehow got my credit card number and started charging back in July all they seem to do is ask for more info unfortunately you need to cancel your bank account or credit card because they will not stop . My brother Works foe the justice Dept and I will be seeing him at Christmas you can bet I will.be asking for his help for me and everyone on here who has been scammed by this rip off

Constantly charging for free trial

I signed up for a free trial on 17/10/22 and stopped using within the free trial period. Cancelled the subscription and now I am constantly being charged for it. I haven't deleted my account yet as I am hoping this can be resolved before I do so.

I made a free trial and cancel it before the time and now i have been charged for 1 year subscription. It happening today i never signed up for 1 year i Even removed subscriptions from my email

Erroneous Subscription Charges ($258.86 CDN).

Dear PDF Filler Support,

On December 1 2021 I was charged $126.28 CDN, and on December 1 2022, I was charged $132.58 CDN by your company (screenshot attached). It says that I haven't logged in to my PDF Filler account since November 2021 (screenshot attached).

Could you please refund $258.86 CDN, to avoid disputing the transaction with the Royal Bank of Canada. I have emailed [protected]@pdffiller.com and shared the last four digits of my credit card.

Offered a free trial of service but then charged me unrefundable usd one year package

Dear Madam/Sir,

I was tricked into their 1 year subscription with a google advert for free trial, but had to enter my credit card information (as I understood so that they could bill me if I did not cancle during first free month and then instead they charged me immediately and say I can cancel subscription now, but teh service will remain for the full year that I paid for. It is a scam, this is not how to business.

Payment

I check my bank statement today you have taking 161.91 cents from my account which I did not authorised or have online account .I don’t know how you can authorise or access my account without me authorising account with your company.My card is reported as stolen I never setup account with supportPDFfiller. I have contact my bank as payement was pending was unable too stop transaction I would like this matter resolved and funds returned.They have sent through paperwork For card investigation forms and statutory declaration too fill out . I’m hoping we can the matter sorted out as soon as possible.

Unsure about the product …

Today, 11/21/22, I received a charge for $102.72 on my credit card. The transaction way flagged and either the company wasn’t paid or was and the bank will reverse the payment.

I used to have a service as part of my legal practice but now in retirement I have no need for a pdf filler program. I know I canceled this service as part of the wind down of my office but evidently it just keeps popping up.

So my ask is - if the payment transaction was completed, please refund the $102.72 to my card; and please take me off any payment/subscription lists.

I have had an authorised debit from my credit card that I have no idea what it's for, and I want this reversed. I have no idea who you are.

Dear pdf filler I am surprised I'm sorry of any inconvenient cause... my last payment was to save my money and pay my internet bill.. soon going to travel abroad in Canada this year I will need a refund.. infact I wouldn't able to pay any such amount of money please cancel my form... Because the point is I hardly work is now and then gosh ..$96.00 dollars could have been paid my bill ..I now realize I made mistake 😢

PDFFiller - Charged a yearly subscription I have no memory of signing up for

I had signed up for free subscription for a month starting from Oct 2022. Today there was a debit card charges of 145$. It was never notified to me on email or sms that they will charge me on 08th Nov 2022 or else I would have unsubscribed before due date. In addition to this they do not appear to have an active website and none of the links provided in the email that they sent me are actually working rendering them effectively uncontactable.

Kindly refund my money.

PDFFiller Charges

I have tried thier 30 day trail but cancle the subscription on the first day was trying to edit some pdf. When i entered my card details for payments. It deducted 2.83$ from my debit whether the trail version was free for 30 days. I am not sure what kind of charges these are!

I am attaching a screen shot from my bank statement .

Charging for free trial

On the 27. september I started free trial with pdfFiller and within 2 hours I canceled the same trial and on the website was written that i would not be charged that is that you can cancel anytime with no obligations. But one month after that on the 27. oktober i was charged with 105 euros for using pdfFiller even tho i unsubscribed from free trial

I've seen pdffiller on here alot saying, the cancelation did not fully go through. How is that a thing. Sounds like your taking money from ppl who have told you not to. I think that's called theft.

What security safeguards does PDFFiller have? I accidentally completed a form with all types of personal data. I want to remove it entirely from PDFFiller, but I realize it was too late as soon as I entered the data and realized it was not the website I thought it was.

Whatever I am paying for.

September 9th I asked to cancel the subscription to this stupid [censored]ing ripoff. But yet they have charged me 15 bucks every month since. Has over drafted our bank account, caused all sorts of problems and is [censored] you can’t cancel it. Will be seeking further options.

I clicked on the email from a computer but did not screenshot. Doesn’t matter, this is purposeful. You suck.

Misleading

I was was told that I would be given a free 30 day trial run. which was not true and I was in the end charged 96 dollars out of no where. Highly disappointed. I didn't even use the sites services. Trying to retrieve my refund is also a hassle. Which shouldn't be that difficult. I feel like the site is very misleading and steals your information for personal gain. I need to know how to retrieve my money back because at this point the back and forth with this complaint board is not doing anything but waste my time.
