"Lifetime" membership compensation.
Had only used about 2years of my 50yr Lifetime membership status before the company went bankrupt.
Desired outcome: $14K compensation.

I have been trying to get paid my winnings now since 10/28/2018. I have sent you all the proper paper work, even sent the paper work my certified mail with return receipt, which has your signature on it showing that you have received it. You owe me $10 from 1 tourney and $100 for finishing 2nd in the $500 weekly tourney. My attorney also sent you 2 different letters requesting my payment. Please pay me

I have not been able to log onto Pureplay since they did maintanence a few months ago. I have been corresponding with Pure Play Customer Service evey week since. Customer Service is useless, I keep getting the same return message asking me if the issue was resolved. I keep telling them the issue can not be resolved without their help. I ask customer service to email me or call me and get no response except yhe same response asking me if the issue has been resolved. And before the maintenance they owe me over $ 100.00. Very frustrating not getting any customer support to fix the problem.

I paid over $200 for a years membershp that should have lasted through October. I played poker on the site for several years and played several months after paying this years membership. The site was updated about 3 months ago and I am unable to login since it wasupdated. I've sent many complaints to their support system. I usually get back an email stating they hope I have resolved the problem but no help as to how to resolve the problem. Is the site still in existance?

Had been playing on this site for about 15 years I beleive. Site goes down for so called routine maintenance. Site has never returned back to a login status. had submitted proper forms to claim my winnings, about 2000 dollars if i remember correctly. Heard somewhere they may have foled for chapter 7 bankruptacy but no confirmation of that yet. Any help you could provide, if getting a laywer, would be appreciated. Thanks Gary
I won 1st place in the 1000 cash game in November which is 300 dollars, still haven't received anything and the site is not available anymore. what can you do to rectify the situation. I have played on this site for years, and this has never happened before, someone needs to be held accountable for paying the prize winners of this site. its not right and its not fair for them to take our money monthly, and not pay us what we won.
I've played on pureplay for around 3 to 4 yrs. In 2018 I desided to quit playing on the site for awhile due to the fact that Ohio has casinos for me to play in. Recently like 2 days ago I desided to go back and play just to keep up on my game in between live tourneys. So I put my credit card info in and it said welcome back and I was charged but all it does when I try to get connected is just try to connect but won't or cant. When i search for the site it says site cant be reached. Now I am reading all sorts of things such as they went bankrupt or the FBI stepped in and pulled the plug. Whatever the case may be, they shouldn't still be charging people.
Everyone, pureplay also tried to charge my card even though the site is locked down. So listen, all you do is call your card company and tell them the details of what's happening with [censored] pureplay and they block the charge. My card company told me that they will do their best to get in touch with pureplay and let them know that they have 30 days to dispute my dispute I filed with my card company. If they do not respond, I was told that the charge would be credited back to my account. I made sure that I told my card company that they would not be able to get a hold of pureplay because they listed an adult sex line as their contact #. DIRTY BASTARS. This would only apply to players who used credit cards of coarse. Bullshark1881 was my screen name on their retarded site. No pun towards the mentally challenged.
About 2 months ago i got a message saying the site was down and try again later. Then i got a message that the site couldn't be reached because the site had been reset.
They keep charging my debit card 24.99 a month for it.
Been about 3 months since i last played.
I can't get on line to the site.
Please, let me know what's wrong with the site.

I am owed over 2000 U.S.Dollars and non response nor can I access site hope site is up soon again and winnings cheques issued been an pleasure competing with all on site if any info is available please send this way many thanks all! I have played at pure play since the sirlte was called betzip and was a free site. 2 weeks ago when I tried to login I got a message that the site was down for routine maintenance. Now I get the message that the site cannot be found. I have sent emails but get no response. They are still billing my credit card and to cancel my membership I have to be able to log in. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I cancel my membership?
Payment for claimed prizes unable to get in website
I have requested a payment for my winning of $475 and just get stalled. I paid the monthly fee required. I called the customer service contact #[protected] and it was an adult talk line. I have been unsucessful to reach anyone other than an avoided email. Ia am unable to find a website anymore. I paid a continuous monthly fee of $24.99 paid to BETZIP/PUREPLAY [protected] US last payment

Since 11/04/18 until 12/6 i won a total of $600. On 12/21/18 I e mail and was told it was approved on 12/12/18 and just waiting from their finance team to mail the check. I used to win Over $ 500 every year...but not in the last 5-6 years I have seen a lot of hands.playing over 10 years.. I have noticed one thing since all the bad beats started happening. When someone wins with 2 pair, take notice that over 90 % of the time, the first 2 cards that were dealt on the flop, gave that person their 2 pair.
