I have been emailing radaris for a year+ about removing a few piece of info with my name and personal info and they do not respond. They removed my main profile but there are still additional details that need to be removed. No matter what I do or who I email, I get no result. This is disgusting. I live in california and have reached out to government as well. Why? Why?
Desired outcome: REMOVE MY INFO

Refuse to remove personal information
I have contacted this company a number of times asking ryem to remove my personal information.
I've been stalked, harassed, a victim of revenge porn and identity theft. Things I've explained. I've also filed police reports concerning all of this.
Contacting customer service does nothing.
They give instructions that lead to no where.
I fill out a form and I cannot submit it because a prompt tells me the page doesn't exist when it clearly does.
Back in October I asked for one page to be removed and it pops up again after a month but with a different address only a letter change.
I am tired of this and ready to take legal action at this point.
My entire work history along with a fake address is listed because of claims *unemployment, loans, bank accounts)falsely put in my name.
Desired outcome: Immediate and permanent removal of my information, name and likeness.
Radaris deep data finder and all associated companies
I have contacted Radaris multiple times about removing my profile and information. They have all of my information up there. Meanwhile I have been getting scam calls and emails from fraudsters.
I have emailed them and they keep telling me to follow their instructions to remove the profile (https://radaris.com/~Christopher-Apone/1634338524) but the when I enter the code it says error. I have tried this a bunch of times and it will not allow me to and keeps telling me error this profile is controlled by Chris Apone. So they are either lying to me or have allowed another scammer to take control of my profile. Bottom line is I want the profile and all of my contact information removed!
Desired outcome: BOTTOM LINE IS I WANT THE PROFILE AND ALL OF MY CONTACT INFORMATION REMOVED!!!!!!
Radaris will not remove my online profile. I have sent them multiple emails and they keep sending me a link that requires a code be sent to your phone. they tell me to login to my account which is terrible that you have to create an account. Then i provide my cellphone number and they text a code. The code does not work and keeps giving me an error. Please see attachment below. This is my profile. I need them to remove my profile asap. I have tried multiple times.

The website also has me listed as an alias Michael Wellington I have no idea who this person is .He isthey are listed as living in Alabama I live in missouri. This is clearly a safety and identity theft issue too much of my information is Hello,

On this site I am also listed as Michael Wellington, I don't know who this person is I've never lived in any of the states that are listed other than Missouri. Refuses to remove my personal online info
This company is a scam! They refuse to remove your private information, which can be disastrous and dangerous to stalkers with evil intent, much like radar is themself. The guy who owns this company is a con and get his jollies off by making innocent people suffer. If you complain or should you have the audacity to remove your information, they will keep adding more and more info, often which is not true! Evil to the core!
Desired outcome: Close radar is downAsap

Personal information for sale
This company is horrible, I called over 20x today, the privacy email address on Radaris.com is invalid which Google.com states violate it's terms and conditions. After hours of calling and being disconnected each time. I received an email stating I could delete my information only to be tricked into setting up an account, which I never agreed to opt in to...

I have made multiple requests over the last six months to have my information removed from Radaris. Every time I submit an email with the exact addresses and links to remove, they send me a generic email to their "process for removal." Every time I email them, I let them know they deceitfully posted all of my address, employment, and phone numbers to the webpage directly and none of it is "tied" to one of their "profiles." It is impossible to remove this information. Radaris posts more and more relevant and new information on me everytime I submit a request. After almost 7 months, I have had nothing removed from their website. The phone line on their website for calls is a bad number.
Desired outcome: I would like all of my employment, name, resumes, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and any other personal identifying information REMOVED from Radaris and not posted again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
All I can say is that Radaris is evil!
Satan must own this scam site!
He gets pleasure out of making people suffer!
He should rot on death row!
Radaris
Their site claims to let you remove your own info, but none of the steps they say to do actually work. There is no way to opt out. I have gotten my info removed from every other doxxing site, but it's like they are able to access old data and documents and keep putting it back up for stalkers to find. I even have OneRep trying to remove my data. I want my address, age, phone number, high school, my complete profile REMOVED from Radaris.
Desired outcome: I want my profile REMOVED COMPLETELY in perpetuity
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Profile listed online after I asked it to be taken down
I emailed you on 05/02 to get a profile taken down as it puts me at risk of my stalker finding me again. Your customer service reps claimed I needed to create a profile, which requires providing my personal phone number, to get the information taken down. I am not giving you my phone number so you can sell that as well as my address to my stalker. I'm filing complaints with every governing body I can find.
Desired outcome: Take down the profile.

Refusal to remove information from website
Hello,
This website forces a user to create a profile on their site to "Control" their information, which only allows for deletion of certain parts of this web site's public listings for an individual and the option to make a profile private. Radar is limits the number of profiles that can be "Controled" by one user, meaning that if more that three listings exist for one individual, they cannot all be "controlled" by the individual. And none of the information is being fully removed from their website, against CA law. Customer Service refuses to remove individual's information, despite multiple requests.
Desired outcome: Full removal of all of my information from this website, per CA law I have the right to control my information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Deletion is not deletion
I went through the opt out process with radaris, I was informed via email my record deletion was approved. The only picture I was concerned with was a 12-year-old mug shot with the wrong birth year on it and no actual date of when it happened and it did not come from the law enforcement agency right underneath it it says radaris.com. Generic information was only taken down. So all I wanted was that picture taken down I have tried to call the company and leave a message I was basically hung up on or nobody answers the phone it’s very upsetting. I understand this is public record but when the actual law-enforcement agency is not putting it up there and radaris is and will not take it down (and it is the very first thing if someone google searches my name) is just not great for a ten year sober mom’s reputation. Especially with zero information about what year this offense took place.
Desired outcome: Please remove this photo that is on Google image search under RADARIS.COM
refuse to remove my data
Radaris continues to (re-)publish my personal data despite my requests to take it down. They remove one profile page, but then add even more relevant data about me that shows up in search results. It's like battling the mythical Hydra... you cut off one head, and two more appear in its place.
Radaris has published my home address and contact details on the internet for all the world to see. And by making this information public they have exposed me and my family to identity theft, as well as other nuisances and dangers. I have been spammed incessantly. And I have even been harassed and stalked by multiple weirdos.
Against my better judgment, I created an account on their site only for the purposes of removing my data. Apparently I cannot complete the process without uploading a mobile phone number - something I do not have. And I would be a fool to hand over more contact details to SOB's!
It should be noted that I am a resident of both California and Europe. And in accordance with Article 17 of EU GDPR laws and with Section 1798.105 of the California Consumer Privacy Act (AB375), I have kindly requested that they:
- provide an exhaustive list of personal information that they collect about me
- provide an exhaustive list of which sites they have obtained my information from
- provide an exhaustive list of to whom they have sold and/or disclosed my information
- immediately cease and desist selling any and all information about me to other parties
- immediately cease and desist acquiring and publishing any and all public and private information about me on Radaris.com and any other websites under their control
Whilst my "profile" page was deactivated, I am still seeing my data appear in search results... and it has been shared with other websites.
Desired outcome: As per bullet points above - permanent removal of ALL of my data.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Business listing
Radaris has 2 listings of my businesses on their company website BizStanding that need to be removed!
I've heard identical, dishonest replies to my requests for removal that they won't remove the listings "because these are cached search engine results from other sources." "I will need to update the primary sources " and then they repeatedly recommended BizStanding, their own company! I haven't been able to make any updates on BizStanding, which is why I'm in need of assistance but they've refused to help or to be honest!
I finally got an honest person from Radaris who did delete some personal information after the same story that it's impossible to do!
I explained to BizStanding that I was aware that it's not impossible to remove my businesses from their listing but they've still continued to ignore my repeated requests for assistance!
Desired outcome: Remove my businesses from the BizStanding website
They're publicly advertising my personal info
I've made multiple requests for them to remove my personal information only to be given instructions that lead you nowhere.
Sent them the basic "Erasure Request (Article 17 of the GDPR)" email and they merely respond with garbage instructions.
Desired outcome: Laws are enacted that prevent websites from advertising your personal information(i.e. address, phone number, email, etc..), Radaris gets shut down and their officers get penalized.
unable to remove online record
For safety purposes, I have tried to remove my Radaris online record. I singed-up for an account as required, followed the tutorial that appears on your website, searched other websites for solutions, watched suggested videos that your company provides, and even tried using different web browsers thinking that might resolve the issue. It appears the removal process has been made difficult by design which is unfortunate and unfair to consumers as everyone has a right to some semblance of privacy.
I am forwarding the Radaris customer service team a link to the record I wish to have removed so there is no confusion or excuses. Further, it's been suggested that I contact the FCC and my States Attorney General's Office to share my concerns.

unable to remove info for text codes from non us.
Like a trillion other people, I am unable to remove the fake information on Radaris.com It even says I own 1 million dollars in property! ( I wish). I had to create a profile (which they want) to try to remove this info and then you are supposed to enter a code for a text to verify your account. What if you do not have a US cell phone and live in another...

I have requested several times throughout the past few years for Radaris to remove my information only to have it removed and to find it placed again on their website. I have been the victim of identity theft. I have had to file a police report. I have had to place fraud alerts and freezes on all of my credit files. My credit monitoring service has also...
Read full review of Radaris Americadata fabrication, falsehoods, libel, lies posted as truth on this satanic website
This company has posted slanderous lies and libelous information about me on their website. They lie and do not bother to check facts or verify any information. They libel and lie all over people and call it the truth. They say I'm related to people I've never heard of, and they report me as transgender, a LIE that anyone who has ever known me in my life will happily verify as a laughable fabrication. I was born a woman, gave birth to three children, and have never changed my orientation or organs. They simply lie for the sake of lying. Their number does not go through to any actual person, you call and a recording telling you how "honest and transparent" they are (are they effing kidding) puts you on hold and then the system hangs up on you without anyone ever answering. I have sent them nearly fifty requests in writing to have this slanderous information removed and they refuse to take any action to remove the lies. Every person who works for this lying pos company should be imprisoned. I have proudly called them every name in the book while also trying to get them to remove my information, but they deserve names worse than any I've used for endangering innocent people's lives and ruining innocent people's reputations.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Radaris won't let you remove info unless you 'sign up' and 'give them rights over all your information'
I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB regarding Radaris. Radaris has my full name, address, employment information, email, birthdate, close relatives and all of their personal information, displayed prominently on search engines through their website. This will allow anyone, nomatter how malevolent their intention...
