Flower delivery

On Feb. 6, 2023 I ordered flowers for my aunt's 90th birthday to be delivered Feb. 10. I emailed on the 10th to find out when it would be delivered and was told they wouldn't be delivering because they could not deliver to my aunt's retirement community. They said they'd refund via my credit card. They also said they wanted to "respond almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service." Thy didn't contact me until I emailed them. Unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Refund and warning to be careful with this business

Bogus Florist - Roger Flowers

After requesting a delivery date I was abruptly told to call customer service for a refund

On Friday, February 10, 2023, 12:18 PM, Roger Florist Customer Service wrote:

Hello Benjamin,

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

If you have any other questions, please reply to this email.

Thank you for understanding and I am always here for you!

No Delivery, No Refund

On January 12, 2023, I placed an order with what I thought was a local florist. Within five minutes of me placing my order, I received an email stating that ny order would not be able to be delivered and my refund would be put back on my card. As of February 10th, I still haven't received my refund! I have called multiple times and IF I get someone to answer, I get hung up on! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS A SCAM!

Desired outcome: Please refund ASAP!

Flowers and a teddy bear

I placed an order on line of purple roses with glitter on them with a soft teddy bear. They never delivered the flowers to my aunts house. I called roger's florist multiple of times and they kept hanging up on me. Luckily I was able to call. My bank and stop the payment to them. I also had to cancel my bank card. Do not order from here! They don't exist except for their fake ordering site online

Desired outcome: Take it off the internet before someone gets had again. Shut their fake business down

SCAM Do not use

I order a flower arrangement for one of my friends daughters and it never showed up. The claimed it wasn't in their delivery rang but assured me on the phone they could delivery to said address. The told me they had canceled my order and given a refund. Refund never came and i had to dispute it with my bank! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I should have known better with how fake their website looks!

Florist

This florist is awful! Do not use them. I ordered flowers for my sister, and when she had not received them two days later, I called the florist only to be told that the order was undeliverable. No explanation as to why. I was told that my card would be refunded several days later. It has been almost one month since then and still no refund (despite numerous emails and 3 phone calls.)

Flowers never received

I place an order for flowers for a friends who’s loved one passed away in Nov 2022z I revived an email that my order was undeliverable and my account was never refunded. I was told the funds would be refunded in 5 days for credit card and up to 2 weeks for debit card. I use a debit card. A month later and still no refund. I filed a complaint with my bank

This company cancelled my order and then never sent a refund back to my account.

I order flowers on Jan 13 2023 and shortly afterward they sent a reply that this order was cancelled and a refund sent back to my bank, nothing was refunded so I sent another email asking for refund and they said they sent it but nothing was returned to my account. I have sent 5 emails and nothing is being returned to my account.

Order was cancelled, still no refund 5 weeks later

I placed an order on January 02, 2023 for a flower bouquet to be delivered in San Fransisco on the same day and was charged $66.05. (Order: 108998)

Shortly after placing the order and them charging my credit card, they sent an email stating that they could not deliver the flower arrangement and would provide a full refund. It has been 5 weeks since this time and I still have not received my refund!

Refund not received

I placed an order on January 10, 2023 for a flower arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home on January 11, 2023 and was charged $52.41. About a half-hour after placing the order and them charging my credit card, they sent an email stating that they could not deliver the flower arrangement and would provide a full refund. It has been 4 weeks since this time and I still have not received my refund!

My order for flowers were not delivered

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist on January 24, 2023. They were to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. They promised same day delivery. She lives in Hobart In. They were not delivered but my bank account was deducted for the amount of $60.97. I was told by their answering service to contact Denise with customer service.

I would like my money returned to my bank account.

Roger florist scam

I ordered flowers @ www.rogerflorist.com for my sister one morning two weeks ago. I called her that afternoon to see if she received the flowers and she had not! I called the number listed on the website and the man told me they had to cancel my order because they could not deliver in that area (which was the same town my sister lives in)... The man told me that I would receive a full refund on my card and I was satisfied with that answer. Here we are two weeks, and three phone calls and an email later... And still no refund to my account. I want to warn everyone to never waste your time and money on this site. It most definitely is a scam and has been reported multiple times on the bbb site. Let's get something about it. They should not be allowed to get away with this!

Desired outcome: I want my MONEY back! No service.... no product.....and they have MY HARD EARNED money!!!

Flowers not delivered charged my account

This company is not reputable frank took my order didn't give me a order number didn't send me a email hung up on me took my money charge me more than quoted daughter didn't get order couldn't reach by phone not user friendly... Still have not been refunded after I emailed them after hours of research on finding a way to reach them phone number hung up on me and then I received a email back the next day still no refund what a nightmare!

Undelivered flowers no refund

Ordered on line. Looked like a local florist in Durham NC. When I found out they could not deliver called. Lady who answered said customer service was handled on line. Sent e mail. Refund was promised. It too, like the flowers, has not been received. Doubt any of us will get our money back. Lesson learned. Call a local florist direct and order over the phone

Desired outcome: Would love to get my $73 back. Would really love for this company to be shut down. Pretty low scamming people trying to brighten someone's day with flowers.

Flower

On 1/26/23 I ordered flowers to be delivered that day and my total was $57.76. I did not receive a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank. On 1/30/23 I found out the flowers had never been delivered. I contacted Rogers & was told my order was cancelled because the address was undeliverable. I was told I would receive a refund and to please allow 1-2 days to receive it. I still have not gotten a refund and it is 2/2/23 and now they won’t respond to my emails.
