Overwhelming amount of hackers in Tom Clancys the Division game for PC and not one single person either from Ubisoft or Massive Entertainment has resolved this issue by applying one single update! I have been reporting players for years and now it is beyond a joke every day I play there is 99% chance of bumping in to hackers and this is causing me to suffer a tort. Not to mention the game disclaimer is now VOID and the companies are well open for a law suit!
Desired outcome: Update the game with a security patch to scan for unauthorised use of third party software being used in the background of the game to enhance performance.
Rainbow six siege
I achieved the rank of platinum last season therefore I should receive a plat charm. However that is not the case and it has yet to be added to my inventory. It was a big achievement for me so I am really distraught that they will not reward me with the charm. I play on Xbox Series x and my gamertag is Raccoonn FF. Feel free to search up my r6 tracker.

I have been locked out of my account.
I have been locked out of my account for over 2 weeks for literally no reason. The website has a faulty reCAPTCHA. I have been trying to buy AC Valhalla for pc since the beginning of October. I have since missed a huge discount for the title and I'm extremely upset about it. I have missed discounts for this reason, it needs to be resolved immediately or i will be forced to leave a review and take my business elsewhere. This is not fair to me and as a fan of the series. I have missed an initial discount of $17 for the title and now have to pay $60 IF and WHEN my account gets unlocked. Please make this right. This is my last attempt of reaching out.
Desired outcome: honor my deserved discount for the pc version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla and unlock my account from logging in. This is an Ubisoft error not mine.

Please please please Bring back Splinter Cell Blacklist servers at least until you release a new Splinter Cell. This game has been something my uncle and I have been playing since Christmas 2013. Assassin's creed valhalla old wounds not working
For 2 years know in old wounds rollo has been stuck in the brothel i will not come out. I have contacted yous multiple times since last year up loaded videos and pic of patch notes which are alway up to date. But all you do is strung me a long with Generic Response As of yet nothing has happened I still cannot access Rollo just take door of. I cannot complete this game until this is sorted You are a shocking company who will not support loyal fans Surely this can be sorted in a matter of days with the Development team. And now yous are bringing out a new game marage just goes to show yous are putting profit before loyalty absolutely Disgusting stop giving me we are working on it crap if yous were it would be done by now. Rainbow 6 Siege
I received a 23 hour abandon penalty for leaving an UNRANKED match in Rainbow 6 Siege. The video about temporary band only mentions the possibility of being banned in RANKED matches, not unranked. Furthermore, my ping reached a height of 3500 causing my game to crash and I simply couldn’t reconnect with playable ping. Please lift my unreasonable ban penalty as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

I made a mistake on my password 2x times, so i decided to change the password before i get blocked.
After I changed the password, I tryied to log in and it said that I was blocked for to many atempts.
I contacted customer support and was greeted with the worst custumer support i had all my life rude and not willing to help in any way. So im blocked for 24hous for no appearing reason, and they can not do nothing about it, when I was to do a formel complain they sad i could not do one. That dosn't seems legal but any way.
Desired outcome: unblock my account and if you appeared to miss the first security step like the password use the other security steps before blocking the account. just ask the guys on steam how the do it....

My email address changed and I forgot my UBISOFT login password for the games platform. I was asked to provide a screenshot of a cdkey I had purchased as proof of account holder but i do not have this cd key anylonger. I was told if i cannot produce this evidence then I cannot have access to the account.
I cannot go through the change password route as it sends the request to an email I no longer have access to.
I cannot change the email address as i do not have access to the account
I cannot access the account as dont have the cd key for any of the games i have on UBISOFT.
In effect UBISOFT is blocking me from playing my games i have purchased on their platform. I asked if there is any other ways to verify this account and was told no, after which the agent ended the chat.
My email address is david.[protected]@btinternet.com. This is not the email address associated with the UBI account.
Desired outcome: To either verify I am the account holder using other means so I can reset the password enter my account and change the email associated with it.
After Months of calling customer support I still do not have access to my account. What is UBISOFT doing. As an exercise to remove users from their platform they are doing exceedingly well. As for sales these users will never buy another UBISOFT game and remember these users will tell at least 4 others. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Come on UBISOFT delight me or is that just lip service.

On the 2nd of July 1206hours growtopia time I was celebrating my birthday with my friends in his world I was chatting with them, but as I was explaining about how the heroic tights of prevention works (an item in growtopia)
I was issued a 730days ban on my account my account growid is: Takogi the ban was resulted because one of my alternative account (growid: Takagi3) was banned causing all growid connect to my email (damian.ong.[protected]@gmail.com)
To get suspended
The account though wasent active at the time and was just an account to store growid names incase I want to switch my growid it wasent doing anything illegal and gad been offline for almost a week 2fa was also enabled on (growid: Takagi3) so it wasent possible for anyone to enter and I had receive no email about it. Eventually I had tried to think of anyway that why I could have gotten banned but couldn't have tink or had done anything wrong I suspect that this has been resulted to a false ban by the auto ban system and contacted support for help please unban me I didn't do anything wrong I've been playing this game for so long and it's a pity that I would get suspended for no reasons at all

Submitted an order through ubisoft connect store
It took the 100 points, and did not deliver the product. Luckily it did not charge me but it kept the hard earned 100 units. And I have tried to get them back but the incompetence and unrealistic demand of "proof" shows their incompetence.
They want to provide the order placed and the 100 units processed but since it never went through, it just hanged, buffered forever and then failed. It took the 100 units. I've tried several emails with them but get always another request or the same request. Total insanity and reckless mediocrity in their customer support.
Desired outcome: Reinstate the 100 units to my account.
I want my account back, Ubisoft helpers have stated that my account is still active.
Its come to my attention that my account has been hacked/lost.
I have tried to gain this account back today with all the proof I have in which I will attach beneath.
I have lost Far cry 6 Far cry 3 AC Black Flag Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Ghost recon wildlands.
There should not be any reason for this.
Ubisoft connect
I have been trying to get Far Cry 5 on my pc because I wanted to replay it with my friend. I tried to just download it on my pc off of game pass on the Xbox app, but it says "not available" so I tried going on Ubisoft connect and realized I didn't have the store page to even look to see if I could download it on there. I tried to log in using my Xbox account, but it says the account isn't a thing, so I made another account and there was the store page. and I thought "ok ill just link my Xbox account to this account." It said that it was already linked to a different account which I assumed that it was the account I logged out of earlier, so I checked, and it was not linked to that account either, well those are my only 2 accounts.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to play the game that I spent money on.

Game was then apprently delayed, no further informtion or customer support available, no customer care at all, left to find informetion for myself, requested refund via the guidelines on the Ubisoft website this was declined, even though as per Ubisoft terms and conditions, the pre-order has not been delivered.
Reason for cancelling, I do not believe the game will be released owing to the silence from the developer and total lack of customer care or customer support.
Desired outcome: A full refund of my purchase plus my Ubisoft 100 Coins, some compensation for the total shambles this all seems to be. OR an actual date of the release of the game.

could you please get rid of tking it allows toxic players to ruin the experience of the game, i get it comes across as realistic but in a multiplayer game with a vas variety of players it is unnecessary and honestly [censored]. also with bravo packs could it be possible to remove common and uncommon items, i don't really want to spend 14-22$ on the battle pass to only be getting greens all season, i get it is supposed to be a little bit better with the chances of pulling good skins, it also kind of feels like a scam to be spending money for bravo packs only to be getting thing i could get from alpha packs. also with console could you try and push to ban xim players as it is severely unfair for authentic controller players trying to rank up.
Desired outcome: to make rainbow six siege a fun experience for all.
