I received 3 bottles today in the mail. I Didn't Order Them! Don't know what company is sending them or which of my credit cards they charged. So I have no clue who to call! This is crazy! Package has my name on it with 3 bottles of this crap! Now what can I do?
The item is:. KETO Advanced Weight Loss 60 capsules. 3 bottles included
The bottle reads:. Simply Diet Keto
My husband noticed an unauthorized charge on his bank debit card, he immediately cancelled the card the same day, about three weeks ago. Today a package arrived in the mail with cbd gummies and they are labeled as Proper cbd gummies, shipped from Fulfillment Center P.O. BOX 7000, Smyrna TN 37161
I don’t find this product as labeled anywhere on the internet.
I received more bottles of Proper CBD Gummies. I do NOT want any further shipments of these. If I receive more, I will ship them back COD.

I ordern2 bottles for $38. got 5 for $199 and i cant find any way to return them because there is NO info on their company. the websit says "buy here" but thats it. I dont want to be charged again and i want a refund. I am calling American Express and cancelling my card for a new one. i will also contact better business bureau. How is this legal? they are basically stealing money from people with no way out.

Same situation. I never ordered from this company and I’ve had 3 recurring charges, 1st one for $198.78, 2nd one for $49.68 and most recent one was for $198.78. Found a 1-800 number but was on hold for 5 minutes and this sketchy automated message says no one can take my call and then hung up on me. I ended up going to my bank and got a new bank card and filed fraudulent charges because I did not buy these.
Exactly what happened to me, my local bank teller basically said its my fault for not catching the reoccurring charges on the first billing day. That most likely I was either lying or incompetent for using my debit card for online purchases and that it was doubtful I would be believed or refunded for this fraud. I canceled the card and had to change all my subscription accounts. I will file a police report if not reimbursed. Tightening the security on every one of my accounts.

Once they finally answer, they will give you a return validation code and a cancellation #.

Yesterday I reached customer service at Ketolux and spoke with a woman named "Grett". She gave me a return authorization number (RMA) and promised to refund me for the unused product that was in original condition. That was just a promise though. She said it'd take 3 weeks to process my return.
I don't have any confidence in this operation. They have such bad online reviews. it's hard to believe otherwise. David S.

I have been recieving bottles of Keto too. I ordered 1 bottle to try them got 2 and am allergic to them sent them back with a note back in July and I am still getting them. My mailman won't return to sender. My bank said I need to get a new debit card. This is ridiculous. I am calling the better business Bureau tomorrow. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Is their a phone number to call and complain. Maybe get a lawyer involved.This needs to STOP!

I originally ordered 2 bottles of Keto Prime that stated shark tank is funding them (through an ad on facebook...wont do that again...I think facebook would vet the sellers before allowing them to place scam ads on fb) after 2 months of not receiving the pills I called my credit card and had the charges reversed...a week later bottles and bottles are coming in. I Didn't Order These and obviously I have been on some auto renewal! Its a scam so don't give them your info.Don't know what company is sending them. The shipping label only gives the name of the fulfillment center... no other info anywhere So I have no clue who to call! This is crazy! Now what can I do?

I too was billed $198.78 for some gummies that I didn't order. I checked the information of the charge to my account and found the website for the company that's sending the stuff. They gave me a refund and cancelled any future orders. The website is www.theketoluxe.com and the phone # is [protected]. Hope this helps everyone.
